"Way too pricey for such a tricky setup"
Arrived looking like a big jigsaw. I got a custom sign, and they made it sound simple to assemble, but it really ain't. I thought there'd be some putting together, but I didn't expect it to be more like a construction kit.

"Attempted to cancel my purchase"
I genuinely wanted to stop my order, but they gave me a partial refund instead. I just don’t understand why I can’t cancel before it ships. They claim it’s made to order, but it’s not personalized, so it could easily be sold to someone else. I’m giving it a middle-of-the-road rating because of the discount. Better than nothing, I suppose.

"Received the Wrong Item and It's Damaged"
I got a sign for our wedding that cost me around $1000, but instead of my last name, I ended up with one that says 'Good Vibes Only,' and to top it off, it's broken. What a bummer!

I had been searching for a neon piece to brighten up our studio and theater space, and I was really impressed with all aspects of Neon Icons. They were super responsive to my questions, shipped quickly, and the quality and design of the product were top-notch. The package arrived in sturdy packaging, and what I found inside was even better than I had hoped. I'm also a big fan of the Neon Icon extras, especially the cool stickers.
